About Us

The development of Waterbrooke began in 2010 and was completed in 2016 offering residents a choice from detached single family homes, semi attached single family homes, and zero lot line attached townhomes. Waterbrooke offers many amenities including swimming pool with water feature, tennis courts, and a playground for small children, a clubhouse with deck patio, mature trees and private backyards. We have multiple social events throughout the year. In addition we have an active Social Committee, and Neighborhood Watch Program.

 

Waterbrooke is located in South Forsyth County, GA in the City of Alpharetta at the intersection of Atlanta HWY 9 and Waterbrooke crossing. Waterbrooke offers a great location convenient to dining and shopping along HWY 9, and is conveniently located less than 5 miles from Halcyon, Vickery Village and the Big Creek Greenway with access to two entrances one at Fowler Park and the second at McFarland Pkwy just off US 19 Hwy 400.  The Avalon and North point Mall are also just under 10 miles away. Our children also attend excellent area schools including Midway Elementary, several Middle School options, and several High School options as well.

 

All resident home owners, renters, guests, visitors and vendors of Waterbrooke are required to abide by the Declaration of Protective Covenants for Waterbrooke and any rules, design standards, and policies adopted by the Waterbrooke Homeowners Association. • The board members work directly with Homeside Properties Inc. (our property management company), our respective vendors, and service providers to ensure the operational efficacy of our community, and oversee the success of all aspects of Waterbrooke Homeowners Association, INC.
